Saudat Romoke was born in Ede, Osun State, Nigeria on the 18th of March 1969 to the family of Alhaji and Alhaja Idris Akinrinade.


She was enrolled in LA primary school Alusekere, in 1975 where she obtained her primary school leaving certificate in 1980, She attended Oba-Olaoye Grammar School, Ede between 1981 – 1986. She had 9 distinctions, which was highly unusual for an arts student at that time, as most arts students offer only 8 subjects. Romoke attended Baptist Highschool, Ede for her A’levels and her result was one of the best in the entire old Oyo state in 1988.


The young DAMSEL gained admission to study sociology at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, 1989 where she met and fell in love with her husband, Engr. Niyi Adedokun

Alhaja Romoke graduated from Ahmadu Bello University with a bachelor degree in Sociology in 1992. She did her mandatory NYSC programme in Cross River State in 1993 -1994.


Romoke joined the service of Osun state local government in 1995 and resigned in 1996 to join the Ogun State teaching service commission in 1997.


Alhaja Saudat has passion for seeking knowledge. This spurred her to obtain post-graduate diploma and masters degree in education from the University of Lagos in 2002 and 2008 respectively.

After spending about 13 years as a classroom teacher, Adedokun International School was born in 2009.


With determination, humility, dedication, hardwork, prayer and PASSION FOR EXCELLENCE, she started Adedokun International School and in 10 years, the school is ranked as one of the best in the country.
